How can I pay?
You can pay via Paypal if you have an account, if you don’t we take Visa or Mastercard, which is also processed through Paypal. If you are completely, stuck, call us during business hours on 1300 99 11 53 and we can take your order over the phone.
I’m not sure about paying on line, is it secure?
All our payments are processed via Paypal. Paypal is the safer, easier way to pay online. The service allows anyone to pay using their Paypal account or via credit card, without sharing financial information. Your financial security is Paypal’s highest priority. You’re protected from any unauthorised payment made from your PayPal account.
I want to increase the quantity of items in my cart, but it won’t let me.
The most likely cause of this is because we are out of stock of that item or the quantity you are ordering is all that we have in stock. If you want to order more of an item that is out of stock let us know and we’ll let you know when it’s back in the marketplace.
I have selected a colour/pattern but it isn’t showing up in my Shopping Cart.
Again the most likely reason for this occuring is because we are currently out of stock of that item. If you would like to be notified when this item is back in stock, let us know.
How long will it take to get my order?
We will despatch your order within 2-3 business days of your order being received – sometimes sooner!
How is my order sent?
Most orders are sent via Australia Post regular parcel post, however in some instances we may engage a courier service to deliver your order, whichever is the most efficient to ensure you get your order fast and safely.
Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately not, as our office is not always attended.
What is your refund policy?
We are only able to offer a refund if the goods we have shipped to you are faulty. You must notify us of this fault within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. We can not offer a refund if you simply change your mind.
What is The Juice?
When you sign up for The Juice we will send you notices of when new products are introduced to the Green Apple Marketplace. We do not send you monthly newsletters; we just let you know what is happening from time to time.
We will not sell, trade or give your personal information to any third parties. You are able to unsubscribe to The Juice at any time.
Oh … and when you sign up you also get a FREE download “Top 20 Organising Tips” as a Bonus!
What does “ (Download)” mean?
This means that the product is downloadable to your computer immediately as a .pdf document. Once you are finished at the checkout, you will be presented with a new internet page with a link to the download, in addition an email with the same link will be sent to your Inbox – just to be sure!
How do I get Fact Sheets?
These items are downloads too, you simply add them to your cart and a new internet window will pop up with a link to Fact Sheet that you can download straight away (it’s in pdf format), and it will also be sent to you via email – just to make sure you get it OK.
Why is the price of the FlipFOLD different to the US site?
Whilst the individual cost of the FlipFOLD in the US is cheaper, the cost of shipping a single FlipFOLD to Australia is around USD$37.00 (each FlipFOLD weighs 1.5kg), thus making a single unit including shipping to Australia USD$55.99 which is roughly the same price as we offer (AUD$57.49) the product in Australia at the moment with the stronger dollar.
Other things to note:
- Purchases made within Australia also need to include 10% GST.
- When shopping online from an international site, you also need to add to your purchase price, the bank fees/charges applied to your credit card for international transactions.
- …. and support an Australian business!
So overall, the product is actually cheaper to purchase the FlipFOLD in Australia.
When I click on some items I am taken to another website.
That’s because we have an affiliation with the owner or author of that item. Therefore when you choose to buy that item, you buy direct from the seller, no middle man, no mark ups.
